General conditions

All members are expected to accept and respect the following rules.
If you don’t agree with one of the conditions, please cancel your account.

1. Models-world-web is a contact site for photographers, models, cosmeticians, stylists and body painters and is open for amateurs as well as for professionals. Experience doesn’t matter.

2. The minimum age to present yourself as a model is 16 years. Models younger than 16 years need to send an e-mail with their parent's or a guardian's consent to be accepted. This e-mail has to contain a digital photograph of the passport of the parent or the guardian and of the presented model. The telephone number of the parent or the guardian also has to be mentioned for verification.

3. All members are expected to treat each other with respect. The site offers the necessary functionalities to get in touch with each other. You need to treat each other in a respectful way.

4. The administrators of models-world-web reserve the right to delete one or more accounts without a preceding warning and for any reason whatsoever. Moreover the website can be off line for a short or a long time at any moment. This doesn’t give the right for a compensation.

5. Models-world-web doesn’t guarantee the preservation of your data or photographs. When data gets lost, you have no right for a compensation.

6. Photographers, models, cosmeticians, stylists and body painters are completely responsible for all contact with other members.

7. The administrators of models-world-web are not responsible for contacts between members.

8. Site mail is used to contact photographers, models, cosmeticians, stylists and body painters for relevant assignments. It is strictly forbidden to use site mail to send spam mails, mails with political or propagandistic content, or to collect votes for an election.

9. The administrators of models-world-web reserve the right to interfere in every aspect of the website, such as deleting comments, photographs, mails, photo collections, and if necessary, profiles.

10. Everybody is obliged to comply with the decency standards relating to the content of the posted photo collections. Photo collections with photographs of female or male nude are only allowed when no emphasis is put on the genitals. The photo collections may not contain photographs of pornographic nature. It is not allowed to post videos or links to videos on the profile pages.

11. Photo collections with nude photographs of minors are strictly forbidden. Profiles of people who offend these rules will be removed immediately and the offender will be promptly reported to the police. See addition 11A at the bottom of the page: Models World Web.com is not responsible for the content of the posted photographs. By accepting these rules every user declares that he or she is fully responsible for the content of the posted photographs on his or her profile.

12. As a photographer your profile may only contain photographs made by yourself and of which you own the copyright. Besides model photography, these photographs may also contain other subjects, on condition that they aren’t of political or propagandistic nature.

13. In your model profile, you may only upload photographs with respect to model photography.

14. As a model your profile may only contain photographs of yourself, and only when you have permission of the photographer. In case of photographs concerning a duo shoot or a shoot with several models, the permission of these models is required in order to post the photographs.

15. As a cosmetician, stylist or body painter your profile may only contain photographs if you have the permission of the model or the photographer.

16. Models-world-web can block your account temporary in case of doubt about the copyright of your photographs. If necessary, we can ask you to prove the copyright or the permission to publish your photographs.

17. Everyone who breaks these rules or violates the copyright will have their account deleted.

18. The administrators of Models-world-web can modify these rules without a preceding warning. These rules apply from the moment you publish your profile on the site.

19. Models-world-web is full property of Fotografie & webdesign Martin van Willigen, in Kinrooi.

20. All pictures such as icons and banners from Models-world-web are copyrighted by Fotografie & webdesign Martin van Willigen, in Kinrooi.
